TRX Small group Trainings
TRX Training optimizes the way we are all designed to move naturally. In our group training program it’s all about delivering safe, fun an effective ways of training that gets results. Unlock the power of movement!!!! At first you will be introduced to the TRX Training experience, establishing movement standards in a fun environment. Once you know the standards we implement calorie blasting cardio exercises combined with functional strength training to enhance stamina, promote calorie burn and develop lean muscle mass.
